Your Rights Stand
Turn up faulty damaged or wrong and we replace it or refund it. Get us on the two-way as soon as you can ideally within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We cover return shipping and refunds land within 5 business days of the tick off. Bring a signed JHA if you are feeling keen.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are faulty not as described or not of acceptable quality. Nothing here takes those rights away.
